This lesson focuses on a variety of challenges around breathing, teaching one multiple options for breath in different positions. The result of giving the brain these challenges is that breathing becomes more spontaneous and requires less control. Inhalations will be deeper and feel easy and strong. Unnecessary tension will be reduced in the rib-cage, lower back, and pelvis, but may also in the shoulders, throat, and hips.
