Many of us find that we have inexplicable pain or limitations of movement. The Feldenkrais Method® teaches the brain to diversify our neuro-motor patterns (habits) so movement becomes more pleasant, skillful, and safe. We are then able to address a wider variety of situations that require a movement response. Feldenkrais is taught in two complementary formats, one-on-one Functional Integration®(FI) sessions and group Awareness Through Movement®(ATM) classes.
